Instructor Maura Mcconnell-Sands was born in Ireland and moved to Ocean City in 2010.  She has always loved finding and collecting sea shells.  Beautiful shells, sea glass and driftwood wash up on local beaches daily and finding these has ignited her creativity.  When she displays her work at craft shows, she is so thrilled by people’s reactions.  It encourages creativity in both adults and children, bringing up happy beach memories for everyone.
