Fundamentals of E-Mail using Gmail
Tuesday, October 2, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
Beginner level course—No experience needed but participants should be proficient with the mouse
Learn E-Mail basics:
- Create a Gmail account
- compose mail;
- create contacts and groups;
- manage your mail; delete emails, create and move mail to folders
- add, open, and save attachments.
Word Processing Basics using MS Word 2016.
Tuesday October 9; 9-11:30
Learn some of the basic word processing features in MS Word 2016 by creating and editing simple documents. Skills covered will be creating, editing, formatting documents; we will also insert headers & footers, pictures, and simple tables into your documents. Beginner course but participant should be familiar with the mouse usage.
Fun Projects using MS Word 2016
Tuesday, October 16; 9-11:30
Come out and learn to create and format flyers, newsletters, greeting cards, etc. for personal use or for your group or club. Fun and easy.
Basics of MS Excel 2016
Tuesday, October 23; 9-11:30
Learn the basics of Excel 2016 Spreadsheet including formatting your spreadsheet and the application of simple formulas and functions. Beginner course but participant should be familiar with mouse usage.
Create an Address Book using Word 2016.
Tuesday, October 30; 9-11:30
Bring your "little black book" of addresses and create a digital address book using Word 2016. Learn how to merge and create labels for your holiday/bulk mailings, as well as personalize your holiday newsletters using the merge feature. Never hand-address envelopes again!! Easy and fun!!

To access the training module:
