HEALTHY HOMES: Creating A Healthy Home in the Aftermath of a Hurricane
This one hour community education presentation will discuss the 7 Principles of Healthy Home, identified by the National Center for Healthy
Housing. Participants will learn the process of safely cleaning up water-damaged/flooded homes as a result of hurricanes and major storms.
Trainees will learn critical skills and increase their knowledge of the seven principles of healthy housing, while also becoming inspired to serve as thought leaders, resources, conveners, and advocates in their communities.
TARGET AUDIENCE: General public, parent groups, homeowners, do-it-yourselfers, faith-based organizations and community groups.
Attendees must reside or work in Atlantic or Cape May County
