Here’s how it works:

3 players (jockeys) are on a racetrack - 8 furlongs in length.
They have to answer multiple choice questions in 6 categories:

Each group of questions is divided into 2 groups. One is called "ODDS ON" and the other is "EVEN UP". A player elects which group to pick from. This eliminates the chance of someone getting an easy or difficult question. The player picks it, not the host. Also, switching between the 2 groups gives the player a better chance of finding the DARK HORSE question**. The Dark Horse, when answered correctly, benefits the player by moving 2 spaces instead of just one and benefits his cheering section.

Each space (furlong) is worth 10 points. The player with the highest point total at the end of 2 full races goes on to the WINNER'S CIRCLE. Once there, they must answer 4 consecutive questions to win the Grand Prize. All questions throughout the game are multiple choice, except at the Winner's Circle.
