Service to individuals with developmental disabilites and
their families.
The Arc is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the
general welfare of people with developmental disabilities. This is
accomplished through a variety of services offered directly to individuals
and their families. An executive board of directors, made up of parents of
children with developmental disabilities, professionals, and concerned citizens,
governs The Arc of Cape May.
They offer a variety of services including: residential programs, supportive
living services, special residential services, supported employment, respite,
recreation, parent support group, information and referral, advocacy,
community education and a thrift shop.
The Arc also sponsors Special Olympics for Adults
