The Absecon Parent-Teachers Organization is a fundraising organization comprised of parents, teachers and administrators involved in the Absecon, NJ, school system. The purpose is to act as an advocate for full and effective education, to represent the interests of the students and parents before the school board, and to provide a channel of communication between the teachers and parents. The group tries to provide educational activities, programs and services that cannot be provided by the Absecon School District.
