Administers the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA)
The Atlantic Cape May Consortium Private Industry Council is the
administrator for the JTPA (Job Training Partnership Act) program in the
two-county employment and training services area. It develops and submits for
approval the Job Training Plan and its modifications in consultation with the
chief elected officials of Atlantic and Cape May counties. The PIC exercises
oversight and policy guidance with respect to programs funded under the Job
Training Partnership Act.
