Information & assistance of programs for elderly
Trained staff to assist with P.A.A.D. applications, lifeline applications,
completing medical forms, medicare information, supplemental insurance
information. Information for services and programs available to adults 60
years of age and over. Referrals are made if other services are needed.
Nutrition and Mobile Meals available. Area agency subcontractors provide
education, legal, health promotion, case management, home health, residential
maintenance, respite and emergency services.
Areas of expertise are; PAAD, Lifeline, Engergy and Rental Assistance,
Homelessness Prevention, Welfare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Legal Assistance,
Property Tax Discounts, Residential Mainenance, the Title 5 and Green Thumb
programs.
