Classes focus on developing resilience, embracing positive energy, deepening stillness and inner awareness, expanding loving heart energy, manifesting positive desires and intentions, and connecting more deeply with appreciation and gratitude for life and each other

Kate Lutz’s Mindful Ways Workshops offer easy ways to practice meditation and experience mindfulness. Now is the perfect time to learn how to grow your emotional resilience, feel more centered, engage your inner awareness and peace of mind, and shift out of limiting beliefs. Workshops include gratitude sharing, meditations, a discussion topic, and access to practical wellness tools. Enjoy this friendly online setting to nurture your well-being!
