Mindfulways and Meditation Workshops

Classes focus on developing resilience, embracing positive energy, deepening stillness and inner awareness, expanding loving heart energy, manifesting positive desires and intentions, and connecting more deeply with appreciation and gratitude for life and each other

Kate Lutzโ€™s Mindful Ways Workshops offer easy ways to practice meditation and experience mindfulness. Now is the perfect time to learn how to grow your emotional resilience, feel more centered, engage your inner awareness and peace of mind, and shift out of limiting beliefs. Workshops include gratitude sharing, meditations, a discussion topic, and access to practical wellness tools. Enjoy this friendly online setting to nurture your well-being!

Beginning Tuesday, September 3rd, the library will be temporarily closed to the public for HVAC maintenance. After careful consideration and consultation with the construction team, we have decided that for safety and efficiency, the entire library will remain closed during the project. However, the meeting rooms will remain open, and items can still be checked out using our curbside pickup service. Please note that curbside pickup may take longer than usual. Events and programs will continue as scheduled. The project is expected to be completed within about three weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities.
