Join Gina Rollins DP, HHC for a series of workshops on healing the body through the five senses. Using the properties of nature, you will learn simple and easy ways to heal the body naturally that takes less than 10 minutes a day and has little to no cost.

Week One: An Introduction into Ayurveda
Week Two: We will delve into Sound and its profound influence over our mind & Body.
Week Three: Learn how to boost your Immunity through touch and breath work and Sight.
Week Four: Balancing with Taste and smell
