Please join us for an online cooking lesson with KSCPP on how to prepare Japchae (potato starch noodles with various vegetables) with step-by-step instructions. In addition to the cooking lesson, KSCPP will explain the health benefits of traditional Korean meals and will show a short documentary film on Bangjja, traditional Korean bronzeware.

Upon registration, you will receive the recipe along with information on where you can purchase the required ingredients. Visit www.kscpp.net and www.tasteofkorea.org for information on KSCPP.

Korean Spirit and Culture Project (KSCPP) is a not-for-profit organization that was formed in September 2005 to promote Korean history and culture to the wider world. KSCPP is designed to introduce Korea’s long and rich artistic history, the spirit of its people, and its cultural values. In appreciation for the United States’ support for Korea during the Korean War and in the years that followed, KSCPP has held 2,000 complimentary presentations throughout the country so far. For details about the organization, please visit www.kscpp.net.
