Incorporating Meatless Meals will explain the benefits of meatless meals, teach ways to incorporate meatless meals into daily eating habits and provide recipes for plant-based meals.

Functional Foods: Vegetables will increase participants’ knowledge about vegetables including historical, processing and preparation facts, it will create an understanding of the current research and health benefits of veggies and identify the recommendations for including vegetables in a healthful plant-based diet.
